What a shock, Bush and Co. are trying to change the rules of the game when it comes to marketing tuna to the majority of the public that prefers dolphins not be unnecessarily slaughtered.
If you wonder why the right attacks judges so often, here's an example. They tried to pack the Supremes (which worked out quite well in Florida), they've gutted the EPA, they continue rolling back environmental law put in place since the 70s, and they control Congress. Bush's environmental record might actually be worse than Reagan.
Along comes one judge who creates a tiny bump in the road to corporate slash and burn...
Cheney, you can bet, is furious.
