In the interest of full disclosure, apparently Gilbert Mayor Berman went back to the beauty salon and thanked a few people for helping him retrieve his mystery package.
In a daring display of humility, Steven showed up sans "I'm Mayor Steven Berman, dammit!" t-shirt. So there's that.
