Apologize for the lack of posts this weekend, I'm on an unexpected Road Trip to my old home town. Driving. Here's what I've seen so far:
New Mexico: Kerry bumper stickers
Texas: insects the size of chicken embryos pelting the windshield
Oklahoma: World's Biggest Armadillo RoadKill Repository
Kansas: 1,001 religious radio broadcasts; 200 anti-choice signs
Missouri: Look at all those trees! I'd forgotten how wooded upper Midwest is.
Iowa: It's good to be home.
And here's something you will never see in Arizona: $1.99 per gallon of gas.
Saw a station in every state but New Mexico selling gas under $2... and I didn't buy gas in New Mexio so who knows.
