Cheney's Gang Lies Again

Either Treasury is lying or Rummy is lying; given that this outsourcing our ports to foreign governments is going to make the Cheney administration rich, I'm guessing Rummy's the liar. (Not to mention, in any given situation, 50/50 odds that Rummy is lying.)
