How many times can we kill the "number 3" Al Queda leader? 5, 25, 100 times?
Either the Cheney administration continues to lie about the leadership structure (and promoting any goon that happens to get killed to number 3), or the organization never suffers a setback from such a kill, or Bush has no fucking idea who number 3 is.
Or all three.
