"The move came a month after liberal activists urged Microsoft to quit using Reed as a consultant. They were upset that the software company had withdrawn its support for a gay rights bill in its home state of Washington. The bill died by a single vote in the state Senate last month."
If nothing else, this at least breaks an evil partnership into two, smaller entities of evil. Anything that takes a few dollars from the disgusting Reed's pocket is fine by me. And now Microsoft can go back to supporting human rights (while brutally throttling competition with its monopoly power, of course.)
