It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to conclude the Iraqis themselves make up the largest chunk of the "insurgency." Now that we are getting more Iraqi intelligence, turns out there are far fewer "jihadists" behind the attacks on American troops.

Plan on seeing Dick Cheney roll out a new mantra to replace his favorite "9/11, Iraq, Iraq, 9/11."

"Foreign fighters, bin Laden terrorists, Iraq insurgency."
"Iraq insurgency, bin Laden terrorists, foreign fighters."

If Bush can talk 70% of the public into thinking Saddam was behind 9/11, he can certainly continue to mislead about the fighting in Iraq coming from foreign terrorists.
